We conduct research in both Business to Business (B2B) and Consumer Markets.

We have over 25 years experience in conducting:

· Customer attitude surveys including the design and expedition of on-going Customer Satisfaction research;

· Most forms of Qualitative work from Focus Group Discussions (B2B as well as Consumer), to ‘in depth’ executive level interviews.

· Quantitative research of all sorts, from product testing via ‘Hall Tests’ to intricate segmentation studies.

CLIENT TRAINING.

Perhaps the most unique thing we do is to train our Client’s people to conduct Market Research. Mainly to do Focus Group Discussions themselves, from recruitment, through design of the ‘Topics List’, conducting the session, via analysis of the results, to reporting.

By doing it themselves they can get closer to their customers and (because they will save a deal of money per group) they will be able to do Focus Groups more often.

We can also train our clients to design questionnaires to professional standards thus enabling them to assess the standard of market research they may source elsewhere at another time.
