How we work

We work in one, or a combination of three ways:

As a ‘Managing Agent’ for your research,
This is a great way to obtain Market Research cost effectively if you do not have an internal MR department.
In this format, we act on your behalf, creating the MR Brief (and after you approve it), obtaining three or more quotes from MR Agencies pitching for your business in competition, and from their proposals, determining, with you, which agency will be used for the research. We then take a watching brief over this work-in-progress to ensure that all is conducted professionally. At the completion of the Research we will vet the final data and report to ensure the findings and recommendations are well founded and bona fide.
This way we can save our clients some three or four times our fees via overseeing and assisting with:

  1. The design of the brief,
  2. The selection of the Research Agency
  3. Vetting the process of the research – and –
  4. Ensuring that the findings are supported by the data obtained.

OR
If we are not used in the above role, we can be of value to the client by our team conducting an independent assessment of any research conducted on your behalf in terms of its:

  1. Execution
  2. Conformance to the brief
  3. The reliability of the findings reported.

And/Or for only a little extra fee
Via involving your people in any of the above processes, we can train the Clients’ Marketing Team in the skills of buying and assessing research and/or conducting ‘Focus Group Discussions’ (to the first level at least, thus enabling your firm to obtain future qualitative research at a fraction of the normal cost)
